month 8. isabella natalina

i just can't get enough of this girl. i just love her more than life. yes, even the recent sleepless nights due to the cold from hell! it's funny to talk to people about her because i sometimes feel they love her just as much as we do. she has brought so much joy and peace into our lives. i call her the miracle baby. she's restored so many relationships for us. for that, i'm blessed.

isabella got her third tooth on january twenty ninth. i actually noticed today that her fourth is on its way as well. it's so sad to see her in so much pain. i think of it as when i have tooth ache and how painful it is for me. it breaks my heart.

i was thinking today about how fast she's growing up. i mean she'll be one in just a few months! that's crazy talk. i can't wait to have her first birthday party, i'm already planning.
her new thing is pulling herself up. we actually are lowering her crib tonight because during her nap today, i peeked in and she was bending over the rail. scary!

another big step is she's becoming more vocal. she babbles all day long (not sure where she gets that from)...it's so cute. she actually said mama! i practice every day with her. dada, come more natural.
another adventure is self feeding. she loves to feed herself with a spoon. this is stretch for me because i hate messes and boy does it get messy! thank God she looooves her baths!

i'm so thankful to able to be home with her so i can be there for these special moments and milestones. and to be able to share them with all of you.
