this year you started pre-k. you were so excited to go to school! for about a year you asked me when it would be your turn to go. on your first day you were so excited to meet your teacher and all your classmates. you could't wait to put on your little back pack and ride the yellow bus. i love when you get off the bus from a day at school and run into my arms. my heart is full. i love to hear all the stories about the friends you've made and the things you've learned that day. i look back on that first day and i'm so proud of you and of who you have become at only age 4. you are kind and full of life. you love people and care so much for everyone. you don't like to see people around you sad. best of all is you love jesus. your heart is so big! you are brave even when things seem a bit scary. i feel blessed to be your mom.
