3 chicken breasts
1lb kielbasa (we use turkey or chicken)
3 peppers (yellow, red and orange)
1 onion (my special touch)
good seasons dressing
cut your chicken breasts into strips (i half my strips); slice the kielbasa in half and cut into pieces; then cut your peppers into strips and again, i half my strips. slice onions. put everything into a gallon size zip lock baggie. now, add you good season dressing (oil, vinegar, water and 1 packet of good seasons- if you have a cruet, you will have the measurements).
shake and let marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator but i like mine to sit overnight, more flavorful!
take it out, place onto a large baking sheet. cook for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. serve over cous cous.
super yummy and super easy! enjoy!
| this last time i only used red peppers since i couldn't justify spending 3.99 per pound for yellow and orange. still tasted just as yummy! |
